For the first time ever, Ivy Residential Concepts presented the Ivy House Designer Showhome in 2020. The inaugural showhome featured a celebrated collection of local interior designers invited to showcase their work in the each room of the home. The 4,300 SF home is located in the prestigious Adelia subdivision — an infill subdivision in the historic Old Goodwood neighborhood of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. All proceeds from Ivy House Designer Showhome benefitted Heritage Ranch, a local faith-based children’s home.
