Ivy is a vertically integrated design-build and development firm operating across Louisiana and the Gulf Coast. We control every phase — from land selection and architectural design through construction, material selection, and delivery. Nothing is handed off. Nothing is left to chance.
The Story
In 1960, Vincent Centanni Sr. was designing custom homes for discerning clients when one of them asked him a question that would change everything.
You know this house better than anyone. Would you consider building it?
He talked it over with his wife. They said yes. A design-build firm was born.
Decades later his son joined the company, deepening the craft and expanding the work. Today Vincent Centanni — third generation — leads Ivy with the same instinct his grandfather trusted: that the person who understands the vision should be the one who executes it.
The Partnership
Vincent and Jewel met at LSU. After graduating they designed and built their first home together — entering it in a local home tour where it won multiple design awards.
That moment confirmed what they already suspected. Jewel's eye was rare.
Jewel brings a background most designers don't have — years working across hospitality, luxury travel, and events. She has experienced design at its highest level across multiple industries and markets. Her aesthetic is sophisticated, cultured, and European-influenced. She doesn't follow trends. She recognizes quality and builds toward it.
Together they founded Ivy — a firm built on the belief that a home should feel considered, not assembled.
The Standard
Every Ivy project begins with a single question: who inherits this home?
The answer shapes everything that follows — the materials chosen, the details considered, the craftsmanship applied. We build homes that age with grace. That mean more in thirty years than they do today. That pass from one generation to the next without apology.
